Internal Communications Lead, Technology (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Work Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead communications strategies for hirify.global Technology initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation.
• Advise leaders and business partners on internal communication approaches, tactical plans, and messaging.
• Develop change communication strategies, narratives, and content for multiple internal and digital channels.
• Produce executive-level communications and support executive events.
• Translate Technology strategy into messaging that aligns with hirify.global goals and engages Technology associates.
• Establish KPIs, measure outcomes, and report on communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, public relations, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of recent experience in corporate, employee, or technology communications.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide change and transformation.
• Strong record of developing strategies and content for multiple internal communication channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, relationship management, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PoliteMail or Poppulo.
• Experience with technology and AI communications or large-scale transformation programs.
• Healthcare or agency communications background.
