Internal Communications Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategies, plans, editorial calendars, and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Create employee stories and communications covering culture, recognition, wellbeing, learning, inclusion, and organizational initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders and stakeholders on messaging, audiences, channels, timing, and communication approaches.
• Support strategic and change communications by preparing plans, announcements, FAQs, talking points, and employee-facing materials.
• Write and edit content for intranet, email, newsletters, blogs, video, digital employee channels, and campaigns.
• Use channel analytics, employee feedback, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.

Requirements

• Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing communications strategies in a complex organization and partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and audience-focused communication skills.
• Experience managing campaigns, editorial calendars, digital communication channels, and multiple priorities.
• Experience using communication analytics, employee insights, and AI tools to improve content and productivity.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work at pace.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global technology or cybersecurity organization.
• Executive communications, employee engagement, or culture program experience.
• Experience creating multimedia content and managing SharePoint or similar intranet platforms.
• Experience introducing communication tools, processes, or AI-enabled ways of working.
