Program Manager (IoT)

What you will do

• Lead strategic implementation programs for major retail customers from initiation through successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Drive customer adoption and business transformation while identifying opportunities for future growth.
• Improve program management practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery, or Consulting.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
• Strong leadership, planning, risk management, commercial awareness, and customer-centric capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail technology, SaaS, IoT, or digital transformation.
• PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
