Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist (Spanish)

Location: On site in Wichita, KS, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including collections activities and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Deliver efficient service while working toward individual and branch sales goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal departments.
• Must work on site in Wichita, Kansas.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
