What you will do

• Interview mortgage applicants, explain financing options, and recommend loan programs aligned with their goals.
• Originate loans and manage the pipeline from application through funding, keeping customers and partners informed.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, notes, and lead activity in loan origination and customer relationship management systems.
• Develop mortgage leads through builder communities, real estate offices, sales meetings, and product presentations.
• Review borrower documentation, provide required disclosures, and address discrepancies in accordance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Operations, management, and staff while assisting with closings and post-closing issues when needed.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in mortgage loan origination, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Ability to explain mortgage products and financing options clearly to applicants and business partners.
• Ability to manage loan pipelines, review documentation for accuracy, and respond promptly to operational requests.
• Ability to comply with company quality-control policies, regulatory disclosure requirements, and ethical business standards.
• Availability for weekend coverage in builder communities and participation in grand opening functions.
