Manager of FP&A

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 base salary annually, plus potential performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentives.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of two financial analysts, managing workstreams, development, and workload balance.
• Drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Partner with operational teams to improve performance through financial insight.
• Build scenario models and business cases for new initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Present data-backed recommendations and influence priorities across departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including large-scale analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with early-career and senior analysts.
• Experience building models, conducting analyses, and developing business cases that influence strategic decisions.
• Executive-level communication, strong problem-solving ability, organization, and self-direction.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, and ERP systems is preferred.
