FP&A Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, aligned with PST/MST hours

Salary: $132,000–$231,000 per year, depending on location and market factors.

What you will do

• Support long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance reconciliation across the company.
• Own financial forecasting for a business unit and functional areas to support performance management.
• Administer and improve FP&A planning systems, processes, reporting, and P&L visibility.
• Build financial models and analyze investment opportunities to support short- and long-term decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies, providing finance guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level analysis and reporting that connects business drivers with financial impact.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline and 7+ years of progressive corporate finance and operational experience.
• Experience building strategic financial models and validating assumptions with cross-functional business partners.
• Experience implementing, administering, or optimizing FP&A systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful.
• Experience configuring planning-system dimensions, managing scenarios and versions, and structuring data models for flexible P&L reporting.
• Experience preparing C-suite and Board-level reporting materials and presenting complex analysis clearly.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, strong communication, business judgment, and intellectual curiosity.

Nice to have

• CFA or CPA certification.
• Knowledge of online advertising or e-commerce.
• Experience with SQL, BI, and analytics tools.
