FP&A Manager, Corporate (AI)

What you will do

• Own budgets and rolling forecasts for an assigned portfolio of functions, including headcount, non-payroll costs, commitments, and investment decisions.
• Build driver-based financial models and scenarios to support management decisions.
• Partner with senior functional leaders on resource allocation, supplier commitments, operating expenditure, and investment priorities.
• Lead monthly performance reporting, explain business drivers and forecast movements, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop KPI and performance-tracking frameworks while improving FP&A data quality and usability.
• Support planning-process design, finance systems improvements, post-acquisition integration, cost optimization, and scalable financial controls.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience or equivalent experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience owning an FP&A, commercial-finance, or business-partnering portfolio.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with hands-on experience using financial systems such as NetSuite and Pigment.
• Experience partnering with senior non-finance leaders and challenging spend, headcount, and investment assumptions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-changing, or complex business environment and creating clarity from incomplete data.
