Manager FP&A

Location: United States

Base salary: $125,000–$165,000 per year, with potential performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, managing workstreams, development, and workload balance.
• Drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Partner with operational teams to improve business performance through financial insight.
• Build scenario models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Establish best practices in financial analysis, modeling, and operational rigor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building models, conducting analyses, and developing business cases for strategic decisions.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with early-career and senior analysts.
• Strong skills in large-scale data analysis, scenario planning, and financial forecasting.
• Executive-level communication, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, BI tools, and ERP systems.
• Strong visual design sensibility for presenting data and insights.
