Salary: $150,000–$195,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, GTM, and G&A roles, from sourcing and pitching through interviews and closing.
• Partner with GTM leaders, founders, and talent leadership to define role requirements and hiring standards.
• Develop creative top-of-funnel strategies to engage experienced GTM candidates.
• Use recruiting data and market context to keep searches on track and align expectations.
• Provide a fast, respectful, honest, and thoughtful candidate experience.
• Guide candidates through high-stakes career decisions and address concerns throughout the process.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GTM recruiting and experience handling challenging searches.
• Ability to understand complex work, ask effective questions, and calibrate with hiring leaders.
• Strong influencing, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to move quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain momentum.
