GTM Recruiter

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $180K–$220K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, GTM, and G&A roles, from sourcing and candidate pitching through interviews and closing.
• Partner with GTM leaders, founders, and Talent leadership to understand hiring needs and define success profiles.
• Help establish hiring standards and improve talent evaluation practices.
• Develop creative top-of-funnel strategies to engage experienced GTM candidates.
• Use data and market context to keep searches on track and expectations aligned.
• Provide a fast, respectful, honest, and thoughtful candidate experience.

• Deep experience with GTM recruiting and challenging searches.
• Strong curiosity and the ability to understand how roles and businesses operate in practice.
