Talent Attraction Manager (12 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver talent attraction strategies across business areas and talent segments.
• Plan and deliver integrated recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns with Talent Acquisition, Content, Social and Recruitment teams.
• Build and manage partnerships with universities, industry bodies, diversity organisations, suppliers and media partners.
• Own BT’s careers website, attraction platform, campaign landing pages and careers-site governance.
• Develop talent community and talent pool engagement strategies using recruitment marketing and CRM capabilities.
• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, candidate engagement and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in talent attraction, employer brand, recruitment marketing or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing external partnerships and suppliers.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Ability to work from the Birmingham or Bristol location.

Nice to have

• Experience managing careers websites, recruitment marketing platforms or attraction technology.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing, CRM platforms or similar technologies.
• Experience creating campaign pages, talent communities and candidate engagement journeys.
• Understanding of website analytics, conversion optimisation and digital marketing principles.
