Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with 3 days in-office

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech roles from briefing through offer acceptance.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to build high-performing technology teams.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth interviews assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences.
- At least 3 years of in-house technical recruitment experience within a global company.
- Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing skills and creative approaches to talent engagement.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with emerging AI recruitment tools and data-driven hiring.
