What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation across multiple business units and regions.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for competitive markets.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment decisions.
• Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative sourcing and relationship management.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, and strategic people initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Passion for building high-performing and inclusive teams, with strong attention to detail.
