Full Stack Engineer (AI Systems)

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design agent workflows for planning, tool use, multi-step execution, failure handling, and recovery.
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into reliable production systems.
• Design real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and low-latency response requirements.
• Improve reliability, observability, fallback mechanisms, and success rates for AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams while iterating based on real usage and failure modes.

Requirements

• Strong full stack engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong ownership and ability to take features from idea through production.
• Working knowledge of Next.js, Python, Node.js, PyTorch, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, and Docker.
