Location: Hybrid in Tempe, Arizona, United States; training may require more time in the office

Salary: $47,856.25–$51,703.75 annually, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 9% of base salary

What you will do

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Guide customers through the auto claims process with personalized and caring service.
• Investigate claims proactively and apply relevant policy coverage.
• Accurately document claim files.
