Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, NY; on-site five days a week

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for AI agents handling SMS and voice conversations.
• Deliver end-to-end features across a Python/FastAPI backend and Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
• Develop and maintain multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres systems with account-scoped queries, row-level security, and JWT-based access.
• Build evaluation frameworks that detect agent regressions before customer impact.
• Integrate with Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, AccuLynx, and other real-world CRM systems.
• Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of full-stack experience shipping production software at a startup, high-velocity SaaS, or AI-driven company.
• Production experience shipping LLM-powered features used by real customers.
• Fluency in Python with FastAPI and TypeScript with Next.js and React Query.
• Experience with multi-tenant production systems, row-level security, account-scoped queries, and JWT-based access.
• Experience debugging APIs, tracing distributed issues, and working with event-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks.
• Real-time voice or audio experience with LiveKit, Daily.co, or Twilio Voice.
• Experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, Helicone, or similar LLM observability tools.
