Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site in the NYC office 5 days a week

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations.
• Ship end-to-end features across Python/FastAPI backend services and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
• Develop production systems in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment with account-scoped queries, RLS, and JWT-based access.
• Build evaluation frameworks that detect AI-agent regressions before they reach customers.
• Integrate with CRM platforms including Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, and AccuLynx.
• Partner on real-time voice-agent behavior and optimize SMS, voice, and email experiences.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of full-stack experience delivering production software at a startup, high-velocity SaaS, or AI-driven company.
• Production experience shipping LLM-powered features used by real customers.
• Fluency in Python with FastAPI and TypeScript with Next.js and React Query.
• Experience with multi-tenant production systems, RLS, account-scoped queries, and JWT-based access.
• Ability to debug APIs, trace distributed issues, and work with event-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines.
• Willingness to work on-site in New York City 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks.
• Real-time voice or audio experience with LiveKit, Daily.co, or Twilio Voice.
• Experience with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Helicone.
