Fullstack Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, NY or San Francisco

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 per year, plus 0.13%–0.24% equity

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for the industrial supply chain, including staffing, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.

What you will do

• Apply AI agents and frontier models across the staffing marketplace to automate worker sourcing, vetting, matching, and placement.
• Architect and lead core platform systems, including real-time matching and autonomous vetting pipelines.
• Own the platform architecture and make key decisions about its evolution over the next several years.
• Drive backend performance, reliability, scalability, and production delivery across the stack.
• Partner with the CTO and founding team on architecture, roadmap, and platform priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Deep full-stack experience with APIs, data modeling, query optimization, and distributed systems.
• A record of shipping and leading high-velocity projects at scale.
• Ability to move between API design and deployment infrastructure while owning ambiguous problems.
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production is advantageous.
