Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY or San Francisco

Salary: $200,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Apply frontier models and AI agents across the stack to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
• Lead frontend and backend development while mentoring other engineers.
• Architect and build core systems including real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, and distributed APIs.
• Own product surfaces end-to-end in partnership with product and design teams.
• Move between API design, UX, and deployment infrastructure to solve high-priority problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
• Strong background in APIs, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into production environments, including prompting, tool wiring, and evals.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable products in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
