Field-Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site. The role includes spending more than two weeks per month onsite with customers across North America.

Salary: $120,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Work directly with operators running $100M+ businesses to understand workflows and deploy hirify.global AI systems.
• Own customer interactions and collaborate with customer executives and the go-to-market team.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions embedding hirify.global AI agents into Salesforce, ServiceTitan, i360, and LeadPerfection.
• Lead technical delivery from scoping and onboarding through production activation, stable usage, and expansion.
• Prototype quickly, integrate deeply, and ship customer-specific solutions.
• Translate field insights into platform improvements, new products, and scalable internal tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience shipping products at a startup or high-velocity company.
• Fluent Python and SQL skills, with experience working with REST APIs.
• Ability to work across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Experience testing and debugging APIs with tools such as Postman and tracing issues through logs.
• Customer-focused, proactive, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and willing to work in the field.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in New York and travel to customer locations across North America.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLM frameworks such as LangChain.
• Advanced degree.
• Previous founding experience or experience at a top-performing SaaS or AI company.
