Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Work directly with business unit teams to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI and technology solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI solutions.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM solutions, including agents, workflow automations, RAG applications, and data products.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.
• Own technical delivery from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, handover, and production support.
• Monitor adoption and business impact while communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs to business and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Go, or a similar modern language.
• Experience building applications, APIs, and data pipelines, with hands-on experience using Azure, Databricks, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, or model integration.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data warehouses.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Previous experience in consulting, innovation, or business-facing technology roles.
• Experience measuring technology solutions through business adoption and commercial impact.
