About the Role

You will lead technical discovery and solution design in early customer conversations. You will evaluate architecture and implementation tradeoffs, prototype and debug solutions, and work with engineering to turn effective approaches into reliable implementations. You will own technical problems end to end across customer environments and the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, customer engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong software engineering and systems design fundamentals.
• Experience with API, integration, data system, cloud infrastructure, and modern application architecture.
• Production experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Proficiency with SQL, API, integration, authentication, cloud infrastructure, and production observability.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using model API, context management, tool calling, retrieval, evaluation, and cost-quality-latency tradeoffs.
• Ability to discuss system architecture and detailed implementation directly with customers.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design in early customer conversations.
• Evaluate feasibility and tradeoffs across architecture, API, integration, data, authentication, security, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Prototype, build, and debug technical solutions.
• Own technical problems end to end across the platform and customer environments.
