Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (in-person role)

Compensation: $190,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and scale the core product offering.
• Shape the product direction and the future of growth engineering.
• Develop systems that allow the AI to perform growth engineering tasks for customers.
• Architect robust, maintainable codebases using modern tech stacks.
• Ship features rapidly while balancing quality and speed.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-person.
• World-class growth engineering experience.
• Demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes and intuition for experiments.
• Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Go, and AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs.
• Early-stage startup or founder experience.
