Location: Palo Alto, United States; hybrid

Salary: $190,000–$215,000 per year in the Bay Area

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across Fiddler’s AI platform, from early exploration through production-ready specifications.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to create intuitive enterprise-scale experiences.
• Develop design patterns and principles that help users understand AI behavior, surface insights, and make confident decisions.
• Conduct user research and discovery with technical teams evaluating, monitoring, and governing AI in production.
• Maintain and evolve the design system with reusable components and interaction patterns.
• Translate technically complex AI and infrastructure capabilities into clear user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design for complex technical products.
• Online portfolio featuring data-dense interfaces, monitoring dashboards, observability tools, analytics platforms, or similar products.
• Experience designing AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise software for technical audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design work from discovery through production.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup with broad design scope and ambiguity.
• Experience designing developer tools, DevOps platforms, or other complex technical products.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, predictive models, and agentic systems.
• Experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise software for technical audiences.
