Business Technology Program Manager

What you will do

• Drive multiple cross-functional technology and operational projects from planning through execution and iteration.
• Translate business and technical requirements into project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reports, and communication plans.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and enablement, including access provisioning, hardware, equipment, and logistics.
• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives such as hardware procurement, server deployments, office technology upgrades, and environment enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, infrastructure, procurement, deployment teams, and other IT organizations.
• Identify risks and blockers, improve processes, automate manual activities, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in technical project management, IT project management, technical program management, infrastructure project management, or a similar role.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand applications, infrastructure, business processes, and system dependencies.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects while adapting to changing priorities and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure, hardware, networking, software development lifecycle, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with SQL or MySQL, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience as a software developer, systems engineer, infrastructure engineer, business systems analyst, or similar technical professional.
• Experience with infrastructure, deployment, hardware lifecycle, data center, cloud, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
