Middle Project Manager

What you will do

• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple related projects.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and collaboration across functional teams.
• Manage program resources and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks and issues, including contingency planning.
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide progress updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP or PMI certification.
• Experience with program and project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Strong business strategy implementation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills.
• Advanced English language skills, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex portfolios in cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards relevant to the program scope.
