IT Project/Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead program initiation, definition, and implementation.
• Build the program roadmap and ensure its execution.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Track program objectives, benefits realization, and incurred costs.
• Report program progress to business management.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and core team operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• More than 4 years of experience in consultancy, preferably including complex program management.
• Experience with ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, structuring, and composure under pressure.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• French and English proficiency required. Luxembourgish is considered a plus.
