IT Project/Program Manager

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; work can be performed from home, the client site, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Lead program initiation, definition, and implementation.
• Build and deliver program roadmaps.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Track program objectives, benefits realization, and incurred costs.
• Manage program risks and dependencies across related programs and projects.
• Report progress to business management and monitor the core team's effective operation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally including complex program management.
• Experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and synthesis skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
