What you will do

• Lead groups of technicians to execute assigned maintenance and installation tasks.
• Identify root causes of machine-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs to ensure production continuity.
• Conduct daily machine checklists and diagnose problems using circuit diagrams.
• Generate technical reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborate with engineers on project improvements and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Automation, Electronics, Electrical Controls, or Mechanical Design.
