What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NSO program execution and ensure SOCP milestones are completed on schedule.
• Own Bill of Materials planning and readiness activities supporting manufacturing builds and shipment commitments.
• Coordinate Business Units, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to resolve constraints and accelerate execution.
• Develop demand forecasts, map demand to revenue commitments, and identify risks, gaps, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor material availability, production readiness, shipment readiness, and critical-path activities.
• Track program health through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reviews while leading escalations and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience managing cross-functional programs spanning business, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations functions.
• Ability to manage NSO and SOCP milestones, BOM readiness, demand forecasts, revenue commitments, and shipment execution.
• Strong skills in prioritization, governance, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
• Role location: Santa Clara, California, United States.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
