Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Hybrid role with on-site presence as needed at the Bethesda, Maryland office; work from anywhere in the US is available for up to four weeks per year through the hirify.global Flex program.

Annual salary: $136,325–$212,175

What you will do

• Develop influential partnerships with senior business leaders and internal client groups.
• Translate business objectives into HR strategies and talent solutions using business and workforce analytics.
• Lead change management, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive talent development, organizational design, succession planning, and compensation planning.
• Partner with People Group Centers of Excellence and peers to deliver coordinated HR support.
• Promote inclusion and incorporate diverse perspectives into workforce plans and solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible human resource management experience in matrixed, high-growth organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, succession, compensation, human capital analytics, retention, culture, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong communication, analytical, coaching, influencing, conflict-resolution, change-management, and organizational-development skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering data-driven talent solutions and enabling business outcomes.
