HR Director (Frontend Technology): Serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership within 's Frontend Technology and Foundry organizations with an accent on talent strategy, organizational health, and leadership development. Focus on managing a global HR team, driving workforce planning, and aligning HR programs with critical business objectives for approximately 4,000 employees.
Location: Must be based in the US (Hillsboro, OR; Folsom, CA; or Santa Clara, CA) with a hybrid work model.
Salary: $204,790–$289,120 USD

What you will do
- Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on talent factors and business strategy execution.
- Manage and develop a team of HR business professionals and a global HR account team.
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and rewards.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess organizational health and implement targeted interventions.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver standardized HR services and operational solutions.
- Promote positive employee relations and serve as a steward of corporate culture and values.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct HR experience or equivalent combination of advanced degree and experience.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of profitability drivers and market differentiation.
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives to drive performance.
- Deep expertise in applying HR solutions, guidelines, and labor policies.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass an extended background investigation.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Background in both union and non-union environments.
- International work experience.
- Knowledge of employment and labor law.
