Location: Ideally based in San Jose, California, but other locations or remote work may be considered within the US.
Salary: $210,000 – $390,000 per year (California range).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end HR M&A strategy, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and integration execution.
- Develop and refine HR M&A operating models, playbooks, and governance tools for scalable global execution.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape transaction strategy regarding organizational design, culture, and rewards.
- Manage cross-functional teams across HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure coordinated transaction outcomes.
- Drive talent assessment, retention strategies, and employee transition plans to support business continuity.
- Provide thought leadership on M&A priorities and capture lessons learned to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in corporate HR or HR consulting.
- 8+ years of specific HR M&A experience, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Proven track record of leading complex global programs and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Strong business and financial acumen, particularly within the software or semiconductor sectors.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity and tight timelines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into decisive actions.
