CS NPI Product Manager (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Tainan City, Taiwan

Develops lithography systems, e-beam inspection and pattern verification systems, and semiconductor manufacturing technologies used by chipmakers worldwide.

What you will do

• Represent customer support in cross-sector product teams and serve as the single point of contact for product teams during HMI new product introductions.
• Align with field colleagues and drive customer service requirements into NPI product design.
• Support integration and industrialization so field service teams can install, upgrade, maintain, and repair newly introduced machines at customer facilities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and improve, verify, and validate service mixes, sequences, and procedures.
• Define training courses, content, and duration to upskill field engineers.
• Make system-level NPI decisions, report progress and risks, improve costs and efficiency, and coordinate plans, resources, stakeholders, and shared ways of working.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a mechanical engineering or electrical engineering-related area.
• 4–6 years of experience.
• Ability to work under deadlines, interpret data and documents, learn and apply new information or skills, and interact effectively with others.
• Ability to move around the campus occasionally; travel may be required based on business needs.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology before beginning work, as required by applicable export administration regulations.
