Technical Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and technology strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce platforms, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Base.
• Lead Salesforce implementations, migrations, integrations, data modeling, API strategies, and automation workflows.
• Manage external SaaS providers and integrations with CRM systems, ERP platforms, websites, and mobile applications.
• Audit Salesforce organizations, optimize platform performance, and propose new Salesforce features, AppExchange applications, and emerging technologies.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, manage backlogs, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including at least 4+ years with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce APIs, SSJS, AMPScript, SQL, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Experience with Java 17+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, document databases, and SQL.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams, reviewing code, and contributing to development, automation, testing, environment, and release management.
• Experience with Agile software development, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical presentations, budgeting, and project estimations.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred, including Marketing Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Experience with MongoDB, Kubernetes, React, AWS, Lucidchart, Confluence, and Jira.
• Banking or FinTech industry experience.
