iTeam (Installation Team) Line Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Hsinchu, Taichung, or Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Monday to Friday; travel required 50% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop installation engineers within the district.
• Manage assignments, performance objectives, salary planning, career development, assessments, and corrective actions.
• Oversee installation execution, resource planning, scheduling, and delivery against safety, quality, cycle time, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with service teams and customers to support ramp activities and meet installation timelines.
• Adjust resources and work hours, lead troubleshooting, and execute escalation processes.
• Track engineer hours, monitor capacity and capability across sites, support global program adoption, and provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience as a Service Manager or Installation Engineer with team-lead responsibilities in a field organization.
• Strong customer-facing or field support experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Hsinchu, Taichung, or Kaohsiung from Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
