Director Engineering Operations (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Product and Test Engineering organization in Taiwan.
• Support new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing across Asia-based OSAT partners.
• Define engineering priorities and resource plans for NPI and high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive product qualification, ATE test development, characterization, yield improvement, manufacturing readiness, and production release.
• Partner with Design, Silicon Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve product and manufacturing issues.
• Mentor engineering managers and senior engineers while building a high-performing organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of post-silicon product development experience involving high-speed transceivers in product, test, or validation roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Product and Test Engineering organizations.
• Experience with PCIe Gen4 or newer and standards-based product and package qualification.
• Hands-on experience with the Advantest V93000 ATE platform and wafer sort or final test program development.
• Strong knowledge of PCIe Gen4+, PAM4 SerDes, Ethernet 25G+, and/or LPDDR4/LPDDR5 interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required; master's degree preferred, with strong system-level analysis, digital and analog circuit knowledge, communication, and collaboration skills.
