What you will do

• Define and execute the technical direction for high-reliability, AI-enhanced endpoint security products.
• Lead AI adoption by identifying opportunities, encouraging experimentation, and sharing successful practices.
• Coordinate people, resources, and processes across functions and engineering teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Connect business strategy with team execution and customer success.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers while fostering continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Experience leading technology transformation and managing organizational change, including overcoming resistance to new technologies.
• Ability to build, train, coach, and mentor engineering teams while developing AI competency.
• Hands-on experience with software or cloud services development processes, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Ability to use data and metrics to develop business cases, validate assumptions, and support decisions.
• Experience identifying project risks and creating mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business context clearly.

• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms and distributed computing environments.
