Global Operations Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Torrance, California, United States. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. ITAR eligibility is required: U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent residency, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Salary: $125K–$180K per year, plus equity, potential performance bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead international market-entry and infrastructure deployment initiatives from opportunity evaluation through deployment and operations.
• Develop market-entry plans balancing speed, cost, risk, technical requirements, and scalability.
• Negotiate agreements with infrastructure providers, consultants, landlords, telecommunications partners, and other vendors.
• Build forecasting models and analytical tools to track network growth, deployment costs, operating performance, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate engineering, finance, legal, supply chain, business development, and site operations stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global with government agencies, regulators, ministries, and international partners while establishing repeatable expansion processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, international relations, engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, finance, business development, consulting, market expansion, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Ability to independently execute complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Must meet the stated U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with international expansion, infrastructure deployment, supply chain, telecommunications, aerospace, energy, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing external partners.
• Experience engaging with government agencies, regulators, or international organizations.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English.
