Application Eng (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and document process recipes to meet product and customer specifications.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver application solutions.
• Conduct application testing and validation, then communicate results to stakeholders.
• Support customers remotely and onsite during qualification, implementation, and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Process Engineering teams to troubleshoot challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation, application notes, reports, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience developing or optimizing process recipes in semiconductor, thin-film, materials processing, or related industries.
• Experience with process equipment and tool qualification activities.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and technical problem-solving methodologies; willingness to travel to customer sites.
