Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Leixlip, Ireland (Hybrid model available).
Salary: €49,300 – €77,000 per year.

What you will do
- Support the transfer of new process and automation technologies into high-volume manufacturing.
- Take ownership of module and equipment performance, including qualification and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high levels of equipment availability and process performance to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
- Perform troubleshooting and implement equipment or process upgrades.
- Use data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify issues and reduce process variation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, etc.).
- 0-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and process/equipment engineering.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Proactive approach to learning in a technical manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or high-volume environments.
- Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, or structured problem-solving.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and scripting (Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, VBA, Shell/BASH).
- Awareness of safety, quality, and operational excellence principles.
