What you will do

• Extract insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data using statistical methods and machine learning.
• Develop solutions for yield improvement based on manufacturing processes and problem-solving tools.
• Drive recommendations to influence the Yield improvement roadmap independently.
• Analyze electrical and physical fails using knowledge of FIFA, DFT, and datamining.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing yield and device health.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Integration, and Test Development teams to ensure successful technology transfer into HVM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, CS, Physics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis using JMP, Python, or other data engineering software.
• Strong analytical skills and passion for data-driven problem-solving.
• Must have valid US work authorization as this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on application of advanced statistical analysis.
• Understanding of product design, circuits, and architecture relevant to yield analysis.
• Knowledge of inline metrology capabilities.
