Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with up to 50% travel between Southeast Asia and the USA; relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Drive product manufacturing readiness across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams for a semiconductor fab ramp.
• Partner with the Pilot team to maintain process continuity during technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
• Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and production milestones.
• Coordinate technical and program reviews with internal teams, global vendors, and external partners.
• Define processes that support an efficient technology transfer and ramp to full production.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Experience with consumer product development and new product introduction cycles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, FA/CA tracking, and structured issue-closure processes.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with remote teams and support factory-side execution.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% between Southeast Asia and the USA.
