Electrical Engineer IV (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Lead or execute complex electrical engineering projects, including key supplier development.
• Design single-phase and three-phase AC electrical systems at 208 VAC and 480 VAC, including current capacity, load balancing, and tap rules.
• Design, specify, and modify complex electrical assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and develop solutions for product issues.
• Generate product specifications, perform engineering analyses, and prepare engineering test reports.
• Coordinate component procurement and assembly while communicating technical issues to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with digital circuits and logic, plus some analog electronics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience, including willingness to troubleshoot while wearing a bunny suit.
• Experience with board design tools such as OrCAD, Altium, or similar.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and lead moderately complex functional or project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management and the hirify.global product development life cycle.
• Knowledge of NFPA 79 and SEMI S2 design standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams.
