What you will do

• Serve as the Owner's representative to provide technical guidance and resolve issues during design and construction.
• Assess project feasibility and develop detailed scopes through field walks and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Manage the performance of architectural and engineering design vendors.
• Define design criteria, develop concepts, and oversee detailed design completion.
• Coordinate with estimators to ensure project budgets are met and costs are captured.
• Drive a safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the design and construction of electrical systems.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills for technical issues.
• Ability to lead and provide direction to technical teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel for training assignments at domestic or international locations.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) status.
• Experience with industrial, semiconductor, or cleanroom projects.
• Familiarity with BIM (3D modeling), EasyPower, or SLM.
• Knowledge of building and fire codes for hazardous occupancies.
