Shift Supervisor (M2) (Semiconductor)

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States

Salary: $72,000–$99,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and supervise Customer Engineers within the district.
• Build customer relationships, conduct customer visits, and address satisfaction and service opportunities.
• Manage performance processes, including goal setting, evaluations, salary planning, career development, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate technical support, training, spare parts, product reliability, customer escalations, and RMA activities.
• Oversee system installations, including planning, pre-installation meetings, start-up meetings, execution, and process support identification.
• Manage district financial forecasting, cost control, operational reporting, and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Understanding of procedures and concepts within the assigned job family and basic knowledge of related functional areas.
• Ability to directly supervise employees, set priorities, manage workloads, and coach team members.
• Sound judgment for resolving day-to-day technical and operational challenges.
• Professional communication and collaboration skills with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
