What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy and execution for hirify.global Exclusive Agents and Independent Agents.
• Drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, persistency, bundling, cross-sell, and local-market engagement.
• Build and scale a dedicated distribution marketing capability, including future headcount and cross-functional support.
• Lead integrated go-to-market plans and translate national campaigns into locally relevant agent executions.
• Develop scalable marketing toolkits, templates, playbooks, pilots, and phased rollouts.
• Partner with Distribution, Product, Analytics, Technology, Performance, Media, Creative, CRM, and Lifecycle teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally including field-facing roles.
• Financial services experience is required; insurance experience is preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Technology, and Sales or Distribution.
• Experience building new capabilities, operating in ambiguity, managing teams, and influencing without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
