New Product Transition - Supply Chain (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Enable continuity of supply and smooth transition from product concept to volume manufacturing for new product introduction programs.
• Track supply chain metrics and create heat maps for critical supply continuity challenges.
• Develop mitigation strategies for shortages, including strategic buys and overplans.
• Analyze process maps for complex, long-lead components and manage material availability.
• Coordinate with engineering and NPI teams on BOM accuracy, transition deliverables, and phase-gate completion.
• Manage supplier shortage meetings, inventory disposition, demand changes, and change request notifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably with an emphasis on supply chain.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or materials management.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and materials management tools.
• Experience with SAP, SCV, Teamcenter, or similar enterprise applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and escalate issues with supporting information.
