TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI) (Machine Learning/NLP): Developing AI-driven solutions for supply chain and spares execution using statistical modeling, machine learning, scalable data pipelines, and large language models with an accent on forecasting, planning accuracy, and operational decision-making. Focus on building generative AI agents with RAG, LoRA, and prompt engineering, while deploying scalable solutions across cloud and MLOps environments.
Location: Rehovot, Israel. Relocation is not available. Travel required up to 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Design and develop AI solutions for supply chain, spares execution, planning, and forecasting.
- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to structured and unstructured data.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical models using Python, SQL, and cloud-native technologies.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define KPIs, and translate analytical insights into business strategies.
- Lead the development and deployment of LLM and Generative AI solutions for supply chain challenges.
- Experiment with RAG, LoRA, and prompt engineering to build intelligent agents and decision-support systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computing, AI, or Analytics.
- 7–10 years of experience in machine learning, NLP, and transformer-based architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, planning, and operational workflows.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
