What you will do

• Develop, evaluate, and improve AI models for customer care automation including conversational AI and sentiment analysis
• Own the data science lifecycle for key metrics and AI feature improvements
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate AI feature performance
• Collaborate with backend engineers to productionize models and monitor AI systems
• Explore emerging technologies in NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI
• Solve real customer problems and measure impact through data-driven insights

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Paris, France
• At least 5 years of industry experience as a data scientist with a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical concepts, and production environment deployment
• Practical expertise in experimentation design and analysis
• Proficient in Python and SQL with software engineering best practices
• Clear communication skills to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
