Data Scientist (Generative AI): Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models focusing on generative AI and enterprise data platforms. Focus on building predictive models, data analysis, and collaboration across commercial, supply chain, and customer experience functions.
Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad, India

What you will do
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and perform exploratory data analysis.
- Build, train, and validate predictive machine learning models with continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust and scalable data pipelines.
- Create dashboards and communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business teams to align data science efforts with business objectives.
- Design and analyze experiments including A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Hyderabad, India.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Data Scientist in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and LLM deployment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AgentForce, Google AgentSpace, and MLOps tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred in relevant fields.
Nice to have
- Experience in chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Exposure to AI use cases in commercial operations, supply chain, or customer service.
- Familiarity with SAP-Salesforce integration tools.
- Understanding of AI governance and data quality frameworks.
